Frequent boiler servicing can assist in identifying any potential problems that may worsen over time and necessitate an expensive boiler repair. In addition to being inconvenient, a malfunctioning boiler can be extremely dangerous for your family members or workers. Harmful carbon monoxide can spread through a leak and endanger the health of everyone inside a building. A professional and knowledgeable boiler service will reduce the chances of this, as well as help you save money on your energy costs as it guarantees that your boiler is operating at peak efficiency, reducing your energy output and operating costs.

Landlords are legally required to have all gas appliances at any property they rent out annually serviced by a fully qualified, registered gas-safe engineer.
