Eric Collier & Son recommends servicing your air conditioning unit twice a year. Regular servicing keeps the unit running at maximum efficiency, extends its lifespan, protects air quality, and keeps manufacturer warranties valid — covering Cardiff, South Wales and as far as Bristol.
Keeping your air conditioning unit in full working order is vitally important — it delivers better day-to-day performance and extends the lifespan of the unit, saving you money in the long run. Even the finest industrial units can't run at peak efficiency without regular scheduled servicing.
Operating day to day, air conditioning units acquire dirt and grime that affects air quality and makes the unit work harder. The harder it works through clogged filters and dirty condenser coils, the more energy it consumes — and the higher the risk of damage. Servicing units in Cardiff, throughout South Wales and as far as Bristol, we work to professional standards to keep your system at maximum performance.
Eric Collier & Son repairs air conditioning faults on home and commercial units across South Wales — leaks, units not cooling or heating, no power, bad smells, gas leaks, noisy operation and poor performance. The fault is assessed and the cost agreed before any work begins.
Even the best air conditioning units develop faults and break down from time to time — often at the hottest point of the year, when you rely on them most. If your system has broken down, don't delay: our experienced engineers carry out reliable repairs to get your unit running again quickly. With over 50 years of experience across all the major brands, we've seen every issue you can imagine.

Repair costs vary depending on the brand, type and scale of the issue. True to our customer-first approach, we assess the issue, discuss it with you, and confirm the cost to fix before undertaking any work.
